General Information.

• All colours and specifications are approximate and especially with hand made and natural products may vary considerably; they are indicative only and should not be regarded as precise.
  
  
• As with all fired clay and natural products, colours vary in both tone and intensity from batch to batch and from tile to tile. Tiles should be used from several boxes during installation to ensure random colour and size variation.
  
  
• Tiles are sold individually. The number of tiles given to a square metre is a guide based on average size of tile and width of joint.
  
  
• Coverage of sealers, adhesives and grout is a guide only and based on average usuage. Size of joint and depth of adhesive bed will affect the amount of material needed.
  
  
• Suggestions for uses of tiles do not indicate that they will never show signs of wear when used for those purposes.
  
  
• Crazing is apparent on some of the glazed tiles. Contrasting coloured grouts are not recommended as they can highlight this crazing.
  
  
• Food acids may cause staining or etching of glazed tiles if allowed to remain on tile surface. Prompt cleaning will maintain the glaze in satisfactory condition.
  
  
• Epoxy resin grout should be used for worktop tiles.
